All payments are to be made in advance:
On or before signing the Tenancy Agreement you must pay the full Security Deposit for the property. I will provide bank account details for this payment.
Before moving in you must pay your first month’s rent. I will provide bank account details for this payment.
Subsequent monthly rent payments are made by Standing Order to my bank account, the account details can be found in your Tenancy Agreement. Please note that you must not pay cheques or cash into my account as my bank will make a charge for this which I will pass on to you you.
All sums are to be cleared funds into my account by the date due.
